NOTICE of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
& Delegate Selection Meeting

Saturday, January 21st, 2012

10 a.m. (Registration 9:30 a.m.)

Any person who is an active member of the Riding Association at least fifteen (15) Days prior to the Annual General Meeting shall be entitled to vote at the meeting Registration begins at 9.30 am.

Identification may be required - Membership card, drivers licence.

A Message from the Riding president

Once again, it has been a very busy year ending with great success, we now have Rob Milligan as our MPP.

A special thank you to all the volunteers and supporters that contributed their time and donated funds. Your dedication and support assisted in many ways leading towards a Victory Party on October 6th 2011.

The Northumberland Quinte West Annual General Meeting will be held on January 21st, 2012. It will also be a Delegate Selection Meeting for the Ontario PC Annual General Meeting taking place on February 10th, 11th and 12th, 2012, at the Scotiabank Convention Centre, Niagara Falls.

Please take a moment and send in a donation. Your contribution will help to support the efforts to keep a Progressive Conservative Member from Northumberland-Quinte West at Queen's Park.
